"The night shift front desk are not help ful. They were not happy me asking for the directions. One night front desk person did not even know the Berlin wall. It was one minute walk from the hotel He was clue less. The house keeping excellent The front desk during day shift were very helpful. The food is over priced. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel did not tell me that they are charging me for full 5 days of stay. I had to leave one day earlier due to protest. I was not given the refund for the 5 th day. I think it is unfair"

"Straightaway, we were met with Selma. The most wonderful girl at the reception desk. She gave us the most wonderful welcome, upgrade, always helpful during our entire stay and genuinely made what started as a bad trip, completely different as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and clean."
