"The receptionist never heard about hotels.com and did not find my reservation. Although already pre paid I did not get any room and I had to leave while the receptionist and I guess the manager made fun of my situation."

"We arrived late - When the reception was closed. Everything was ready for us and there was 2 Lovely tapas-plates in the room. Very nice staff. Very service minded. We could buy both lift cards and lockers at the cabins from the hotel. Very smooth and easy. Super breakfast buffet and nice dinner menus. Everything was super clean! The sauna and steambath in the basement was a Lovely way to end a day of skiing."

"Selten habe ich mich in einem Hotel sooo wohlgefühlt. Wir haben uns für einen Skiurlaub entschieden und durch Zufall das Sunshine Superior entdeckt. Der Shuttle war täglich verfügbar und hat uns jeden Morgen bis nach Ischgl gefahren und abgeholt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig.
