"I'v been here many times, the place feels like coming home. Staff is always very friendly and facilities like wifi have really improved in the last few years. Good prices too."
"The only reasonable staffs are a lady and a gentleman called Mathew at reception table. They call it buffet but food not enough for people, you'll serve rice and wait for other food, which is very inconvenient and shameful standing waiting for food. They need to train all their staffs or they'll keep losing customers. Not the best place to spend your money. My opinion. "
"The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through.
Food was good and varied enough.

"Kenmosa is a quaint, rustic place that is safe and serene. The grounds are immaculate and you can walk around the entire Kenmosa compound. The only thing that will wake you up is birds! Electricity went out only during a big storm briefly. Had hot showers daily. Security is excellent. And the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful, safe and secure place to stay. "
"Skyline is very clean, with a unique atmosphere. This is because of the wonderful and kind staff who are professional, polite, attentive to every detail , bright and happy.
The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile.
The bed i found slightly hard but it may well suit anothers taste. Bathroom clean and shower excellent.
There is 24 hour security with a detector...
"It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation.
The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien).
Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager "

"Eldoret city lovely place but Comfy bathroom is a pity. The shower overflows to the floor below. The restaurant food needs to improve. Overall for the money it is ok if you want a cheap place at a cheap rate but please don’t pay to much for this place"
