"Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tägliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. "Man fühlt sich extrem willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt wirklich, dass es Ihnen sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt sehr ruhig gelegen und nah an den Gärten des Schloss Trautmannsdorf, super leckeres Frühstück. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse"
"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.
