"Room wasn’t so clean and so cold "

"Room was clean with current furnishings and a walk in shower. This place is always good. Oh and underground parking"

"Check in was a little later in evening. 11pm. Lady at front was not super warm and welcoming. Heater made clicking/drip noises all night. "

"The room temp could not be controlled. To turn on the heat the cold air fan was always on. Just had to turn it off all together. Pillows were very lumpy, not comfortable."

"Clean large room with a comfortable bed. We upgraded to the separate tub and shower room and were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk lady! Breakfast was large and delicious, with fresh coffee ready before breakfast. I would say the only thing missing is an airport shuttle, other than that an excellent stay💕"

"We entered our room and found it freezing cold. We got it spurted but didn’t expect that. Also hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty. "

"The pool and gym was shared by adjoined Four Points hotel and yet it wasn't that busy and the pool and gym are well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating 👏"
