"Our floors was super loud. I think because there was no carpeting every single sound echoed really loudly. We were in the middle queen single suite. Bed was ok."

"The property is dated but clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Country Motor Lodge which is on a hill above the main property. For the young a short walk to the restaurant, for us a car ride. The restaurant was excellent. We were there to attend a 70th High School reunion lunch. The food and attention to detail was excellent."

"They advertise pets stay free but I was charged for both my dogs I’ve stayed in other hotels that are pet friendly and are super clean this property was not even one of the beds smelled like pee couldn’t sleep people where playing loud music at all times it was a very unpleasant stay"

"I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!"

"Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better."

"First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. "Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there."

"I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for"

"One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful."
