"Great location, and easy to find right off the main highway. Hotel is near a collection of shops and a great Mexican Restaurant called Luisa's. We actually walked to it and there were several other shops to look at. The check in was easy, the room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice vanity area to apply makeup. Bed was comfortable and had nice collection of pillows for different tastes. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars - is unfortunately now a routine practice in most establishments. If you notice cleaning carts, you rarely see a mop bucket because bathroom floors are Swifted, but not mopped. There was a few spots on the gray tile floor, when i wiped it up the cloth was black."

"The room was decent. The view was unbelievable. The staff couldn’t answer normal questions. The restaurant was trash. We waited over 2 hours for food. I went back to the room. My family waited. After 1.5 hours the server came out and said they didn’t have a baked potato, so all my mother in law got was a salad and waited over 2 hours! We were one of maybe 5 tables in the whole place so they weren’t busy. Then the next morning, we went down for breakfast. It says on the sign that they open at 7AM. We were a few minutes early so we play ping pong while we waited. At 7 AM, the staff looked at us like we were crazy for being there. Then they looked at the buffet- there was nothing out! They said “oh, is it time? Ummmm, give us a few minutes- we are going to be opening late today.” Ridiculous! Everything else was fine. We ate 20 minutes away every time after that."

"We were in town for UCA Space Regional Cheer Competition convenience to the Von Braun was a must! Super quick walk! A steep hill on the path so would not recommend for someone with bad knees or hips. Our stay was great everyone super friendly and ready to assist! we had the option for valet but we opted for self parking directly across the street which worked out perfectly with our all day parking need for next day, we didn’t have anytime to try the restaurant but it looked and smelled amazing. Very very clean! only complaints was the street noise and no fan in the bathroom, which I feel the street noise would have been less come sleep time had we been able to use the fan as a noise barrier. Over all would definitely stay again come next year!"

"We've stayed at Home2 Suites a few places before. I chose this one by the pool picture among the area hotels, which looked large and inviting for our 3 teens. It's rather small so the picture was positioned to entice. That was disappointing."
