"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"We have had good experiences at this location. Never an issue. Would stay here again. We brought our dog a couple years ago and it was good. This time, it was just us and we had the jacuzzi room. It was wonderful"

"The property had many thoughtful touches. I enjoyed getting a little peace with a nice soak in the tub (amazing) and some yoga. Snack and beverage options were delightful. And the decor was so fun. It was the perfect stop on my 40th bday solo trip!"

"Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend."

"Only stayed a couple of days this visit to Seaside but when I return will definitely check back in to the Ebb Tide as everything was as expected. The check-in was smooth and efficient; the room was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was firm and comfortable with plenty of soft pillows for a pleasant sleep with everything quiet outside. The view was nice although the window could have used a little windex for a clearer picture otherwise I'd highly recommend this place!"

"The staff was excellent and we enjoyed a nice visit. The beds were very comfortable, the area was safe and quiet and close to restaurants. But the room was definitely in need of some updating. The showerhead was old, clogged and desperately needing to be replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up, our DVD player didn’t work and the curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a foot wide gap in the middle. "From check in to check out we had nothing but positive interactions with staff. The room had an incredible room and they offered some really incredible extra packages for birthday and beach day! Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Seaside!"

"Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."

"What a pleasant surprise when we arrived at our room at the Four Winds. The view of the beach from our room was fantastic, we were directly above the prom which was great for walks to the beach or walks into town. Our room was very clean and orderly. We spent some of our time enjoying our deck reading, viewing the ocean and watching beautiful sun sets. The bed was quite comfortable, nice bath and shower. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.
