"The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Room was very hard to cool. The desk is not staffed at night so if you have an issue there is no one there to help you, also check in ends at midnight and the doors are locked. We were attending an event that was not going to be over by that time , they told us they would leave the door unlocked for us but we were afraid that would not be the case so we drove an hour there and back to our event just to check in and get our room keys. Our stay was comfortable but the facilities were very minimal for the price we paid. I have stayed in 4 star hotels for 3 or 4 nights for about the same price, this hotel was $271 for 2 nights and it is a 2 star at best. Breakfast was basically less than continental, the coffee in the machine was horrible, the staff made coffee in a Me coffee type pot, but it was all taken by the workers who were staying there, as they filled their thermos bottles. There was OJ in a pitcher, yogurt, packaged donuts, bread for toast and that was it. For the price they charge they should serve free breakfast and the desk should be staffed. I would stay here again if I had to, especially if I was attending an event in the area and all the other hotels within an hour of the event were sold out as was the case this time."

"It looks like they are upgrading some sections of the hotel. Water pressure and temp for showers, amazing!! The rooms are looking a little run down but it looks like they are working on it. Staff was very friendly. "
"Sheets were definitely dirty, beds so thin you can feel the bed springs in your back. And the breakfast area had ants… also got charged $43 extra at property they said I only reserved for 3 people and not 4!"
"This was the dirtiest motel room I have ever been in. The walls and floors were filthy. The bathroom looked like it had been in a flood. The door was falling apart and there was mold on the vanity. The TV remote was missing the battery cover, so the TV didn't work. The hotel smelled like beer and cigarettes."

What are holiday rentals like in Elmwood?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Elmwood. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll have a home away from home. If you're concerned about a clean environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for family gatherings.
