"Very disappointing stay.
I stayed at this hotel during an extreme heatwave, with outdoor temperatures exceeding 30°C and reaching as high as 34°C. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work at all, despite being set to 16°C.
The room became unbearably hot, making it very difficult to sleep. Reception was unable to offer a room change and only provided a small fan, which simply circulated warm air. I spent several nights sweating and struggling to get any proper rest.
The hotel later acknowledged that there were issues with the air-conditioning system, but no effective solution was provided during my stay.
As a result, I was forced to check out four nights early and book another hotel at my own expense. The difference was immediate: the new hotel had fully functioning air conditioning and a comfortable room temperature, allowing me to finally get a good night's sleep.
I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of a working air-conditioning system, alternative accommodation, or a satisfactory resolution made this a very disappointing experience."
