"Did not get to stay there. Made two trip to get into our room. Understand check in is at 3. Was supposed to call us being we needed to be in d st o we could change cloths for a funeral at 3. If I paid $75 they could have got us in. No thank you. Then when we went back we were told $50 for damages and would receive our money back in roughly 10 days. So we left. Need to know this when booking. We understand rules but nothing on there part to try and make any changes so it looked like a clean nice place to stay but am not able to confirm."

"Went to leave room on 3rd floor to three random men in hallway pounding on doors. 2 men on one end then one man on other end saying 313? After pounding on another door. The man who was pounding on the doors had a 6/8inch knife strapped to his belt as we are just trying to exit our room to take our 13 yr old son to the pool the night before his surgery. Could have possibly been nothing but somewhere we don’t know in a place we aren’t familiar with nor know these men it was a bitttt much!! The breakfast was ok and thankfully made it through he night to it the pool and spa were decent. Will not stay here ever again though. Over something that could have been caught by the front desk persons.we are not a snowflake family who whimpers at this type of thing but if another family were to be in there welp I’m sure it would have been more than an issue."
