"Hotel and staff were excellent, as was the food both breakfast and dinner (the onion rings are delicious). Parking is a bit of a faff, short stay overnight and long stay after 08:30, but that's the council not the hotel."

"Beautiful little hotel with a lovely pub. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful! If we return to England, we will most certainly stay here again!"

"The staff were really friendly and the room was really well appointed and clean. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback with this property is that the rooms are upstairs in a SUPER busy pub. There was a disco downstairs until 2am which there was no escaping from. Thankfully we were out at an event until late so we didn’t have to put up with it for too long and it was quiet once everyone had left."

"You get what you pay for here . Very helpful staff . A clean room could do with an update ,
older style mattress but still comfortable , A quiet pub in a tucked away location and it has all you need quiet room ,T.V , a good shower , Tea and coffee , an ok bed . Bit like staying at an older relative, I will go back and use it again."
