"Firstly, they didn't give us the room we booked on our first night and secondly, the bedsheet was not a cleaned one. After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There's no microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was very sluggish. "

"I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. "The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. "

"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

Ödediğim odaya kapora bıraktım ertesi gün bakacaklarını söylediler. Sonra 4 gün olan rezervasyonumu 2 gün yapmışsınız dediler. Tamamen rezaletti. Türkiyeden arattırdım hotels.com’u ve 4 günlük konaklamamda 3. Gün olayı çözdüler. Hep stres. ! Bir daha booking dışında rezervasyon yapmam, siz de yapmayın !"
