"Anka City is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It is close enough to the major sites to take a taxi, but I suggest having a car. We had a car so it was no trouble that it was a little further out. Plus, it was super easy to park on the street. (For reference, the Anitkabir is a 25-minute walk.) "For positive, the staff members were extremely nice and hospitable, and that’s about it. The room was super hot. We were told that the temperature cannot be adjusted, and that we should open the window, which faced a bar that was noisy till 4am every night.
