Staff was great. We hurried to catch the airport shuttle but missed it. The hotel sent a Lyft driver after us. It was so great not to have to wait for the next shuttle. My favorite. I love the Grand and everything about with the exception that bath salts and bubble bath was taken away. I would like to see this bought back. Steven and Mike with the bell service have been excellent with all my visits. See you soon!
