"The room was clean and safe. The clerk found me a first floor room. Breakfast was great."

"Nice hotel just off the highway. Plenty of parking available. Fast check in. The room was large and the bed was firm. They had soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. They offered turkey sausage, white egg omelets, hard boiled eggs, fruit and even gluten free muffins as well as all the other items typically offered for breakfast."

"Had me change rooms in the middle of my stay even though i told them i didn’t want to change rooms. Management was very rude to me. Management threatened to call the police on me and kick me out if i didn’t change my room at 12am after i got back from a 10hour shift. So i had to change my room in the middle of the night bc they said they didn’t have anything clean earlier in the morning."

"I didn’t like no discount because the pool wasn’t in use shouldn’t be full price when everything isn’t available because I paid for that"

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"The entire building needs renovation. Water leak marks in the room ceiling. Tub faucet with slow constant dripping. Breakfast at 6a. 6:15-6-30 dining still close. No breakfast. Stayed 5 nights same everyday. Only donut served. McDonald is nxt door if you want good coffee in AM. AC works ok. Bed is ok..Sheets and towels clean. "Parking was easy. Room was a mess, from stains on the sheets and shower curtain to holes and loose faucet in the shower. Hair clumps in the tub. Had to clean before we used anything."

"On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"

"For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials.
