"Clean amenities, staff was courteus and professional. Easy access and check-in. Only thing was the hand towel was removed by the staff rom the bathroom and never returned. There were other towels to be used though."

"Great location, steps away from the Medici Chapel and not much further to the Duomo. Nice room in older building, clean and comfortable enough. Good communication with owners, easy instructions to get access. Many good restaurants in the area! "

"WOW! What an experience to stay in this property. I could imagine living in this period as I made my way to and from the room every day. The folks helping with check in and out were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and had plenty of comforts when needed. Great location with a minuet walk to everything. My only want was for a room facing away from the main street outside the window. A bit noisy but manageable with earplugs. "

"Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24."
