The bathrooms are weird (tp falls off the holder every time you use it, shower is slippery with a weird drain right in the middle where you stand, lighting is unflattering, no fan), rooms are small, etc. Even though it was March Madness, CBS did not work in the rooms. In addition, after the first night, the tv would only show one channel. It never got fixed over our four day stay. "

"We really enjoyed the Junior Suite for our recent staycation. The staff were nice and accommodating. The towels were some of the most luxurious towels I’ve ever experienced. And, the evening whiskey tastings were very nice amenity. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again."

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "
