Location is most excellent. Staff will go above and beyond the norm to help people. They could easily be considered a higher class hotel if they would upgrade their mattresses (worn out). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!!

Excelente hotel a precio razonable

Yo no tengo nada que quejarme. Era época baja (julio-19) y ocupamos dos habitaciones. La atención de los empleados fue excelente, el desayuno (incluido en la tarifa) fue abundante y delicioso, las habitaciones limpias y todo funcionaba. La zona también excedió las expectativas... a pasos del hotel tienes restaurantes, pizzerias, bares, confiterías, todos ellos de excelente calidad, limpios y bien decorados. Pareciera que arquitectos y decoradores trabajaron duro en esos lugares (incluyendo el hotel De La Costa). Tienes la playa enfrente (esto no lo disfrutamos porque era invierno). Quiero recalcar que los que atendían el front desk fueron super amables y trataron de complacernos en la medida de lo posible. Tal vez lo unico que les falto fue una plancha. Tenia camisas arrugadas y no las pude planchar porque había que bajar al laundry y usar una plancha industrial. Una pequeña manchita que no influyo negativamente en nuestra estadía. Lo recomiendo 100% y la próxima vez espero quedarme mas días a disfrutar de la bella ciudad de Encarnacion.
