"The Gore Hotel is convenient to many locations, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but that's London. It would have been nice to have four bath towels rather than two, but that's a minor issue. We had a great stay!"

"Room upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got ‘downgraded’ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. "

"The hotel is a lovely old building. Some rooms have air conditioning, others do not, so if you really want air conditioning you should request it up front. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Their main restaurant was closed for remodeling but they had a smaller place where you could get breakfast and other meals."
