"Very responsive management Place was very clean. I sailed past it a couple of times so watch it when you're pulling in. Bed was comfortable. The little kitchenette was all in working order and clean. It's a good location with a lot within a quick drive. Even though it is on a major road, it wasn't too bad sound wise but just in case - they provided ear plugs for guests. Clever. We stayed two nights and felt at ease. Thanks."

"They were so great and even left me a happy birthday surprise in my room!! Only thing I can say that I have complaints about is that they were allowing me late check out of 1pm saying it was a perk for my birthday. Well we decided to extend our stay one day extra and when late check out was mentioned they wouldn't do 1 pm. I felt like I almost was punished for staying an extra day by not getting my 1pm late check out as promised. :/ Other than that it was great. Room was great. Shower was amazing and definitely big enough for two !! Will book again for sure"

"This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't remember staying in a place that just felt so comfortable but this one is definitely the spot for us so far. It's quite and very close to everything. I honestly was surprised with it being on a main road that the traffic would be bad or you were hear loud music from cars but none of that happened. We honestly didn't want to leave. Parking was perfect, we have a very big truck and we were able to park right by our room. They also have An area to park your boat or trailer. Love the cameras, it makes you feel safe. 711 is right next door and Walmart is right down the street. They have awesome TV channels, it was like being at home, we didn't miss anything:) We stayed 4 days and the price wasn't too bad considering it's not far from the beaches. We highly recommend Lemon Bay Motel. I think next time I'll bring my blower though so I can get rid of the sand mess I made in the parking lot. I felt so bad. Also love the blinds. No light gets through"

"Without a doubt, the best place—very spacious and in an excellent location. You have the beach right out front, and Gasparilla Beach—which is very beautiful—is just 25 minutes away. Communication with the owner was excellent, the sunsets were fantastic, and the terrace overlooking the bay—with the breeze blowing—was a delight. We will definitely be back!"
