"We enjoyed some time at the beach, in the pool and at one of the bars. We also enjoyed our breakfast that we had delivered to our room on our last day. Only thing that went wrong is when we had not power or hot water in our original room but we were upgraded to another building where our room had AC, power, and hot water."

"Overall had a great stay at the Conrad. Staff were 9/10, very accommodating and friendly. Nice/spacious room, but different aspects like water residue in the shower head, a loose closet doorknob that nearly fell out, a kitchen cabinet nearly off the hinges and foot rest in the shower under the same condition cause me to not consider this property a true 5 star. All these were found upon my arrival. Yes, maintenance came and fixed the cabinet, foot rest & door knob upon request, but as a 5 star hotel, these issues should not be found in a “ready” room. The amenities offered were great with awesome views of the beach. I was disappointed when discovering this property does not offer car service, as this is a common amenity in 5 star hotels. Overall a great property in a prime location. Just need a few more additions/ polishes to make this a true 5 star hotel."

"One of the 4 elevators is used to access the rooftop restaurant so the elevator service is really slow especially on the weekends. Like 15 minute waits so take the stairs if needs be. Other than that the view was amazing! The staff were super friendly. I got a bill at the end of the stay so the price on Expedia isn’t 100% accurate. It had taxes on it. Oh the room may need more lamps. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again… the water pressure is great, the spa services were amazing!!!!!! Took a bath twice & the tubs have jets so that was great! They text you to check to see if you need anything daily. "

"Best experience I had staying in a hotel. I got the ocean-front room and it was all worth it! There's a restaurant and a bar in the hotel and plenty of restaurants all around the vicinity. Giving it 5 stars for my over-all stay!"

"We used to stay in this hotel for years but haven’t been there for few years. I have to say that we arrived super early & they still had us checked in so that was very helpful. The hotel in general is worn out a bit. Swimming pool was crowded on our first day there. Staff @ the swimming pool bar are super nice and food was good. We paid for breakfast when we booked our hotel stay and @ check out it was charged again, but the lady @ the check out counter apologized and fix the bill. I mainly have two complaints, first the bathroom from the next door room was very loud, we could hear the facet water, flush and shower very loudly in our room. Secondly on our last night, we came back around 10 Pm & the bathroom ceiling was leaking a bit but the kids were very tired and we didn’t want to call & have someone come in. We put a towel on the floor as it was dripping from one area and just a bit. Kids woke up at night to use the bathroom but the whole floor was water and ceiling is dripping from so many places. We had to put all the towels on the floor. My kids step in it and was not sure how clean is it? As soon as we woke up for breakfast, we went & told them. They didn’t apologize or anything but they said they will send someone to fix it while we are in breakfast. They did but we were surprised that they left the bathroom in a very disgusting way. More water on the floor, dirt falling off from the ceiling pieces that they took off to fix. Kids refused to use the bathroom."

"Bedroom with living room space was very comfortable for the two of us. But even though it sleeps 6, with only one bathroom we would not stay here with our daughter’s family. We really enjoyed balcony looking out toward ocean and sat outside several times. Parking was free and easy, one block walk to the beach."
