"My friend and I got trapped in the elevator on the 3rd floor for nearly an hour at 2am. None of the buttons for the other floors would respond, and when we tried pushing the emergency call button, it just went in automated voiceover loops before ending in a busy signal. I tried holding down the alarm siren button repeatedly for minutes at a time, but apparently the front desk clerk was unable to hear it at all from the first floor. "Everything was almost perfect! This place was almost spotless' wide variety of breakfast, clean and nice gym. My floor on the 5th ..the ice and water machine didn't work at all. Had to go to another floor. They gave you two small water bottles with check in. They cleaned every other day. Had fridge microwave stuff to cook with. I had a king size bed with couch and pullout' big TV and remote. They had a fantastic rooftop to sit outside in cozy area with real snake plants and another section to...
