"We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too."

"My stay at Aire Hotel & Ancient Baths was the highlight of my trip to Almería and one of the most relaxing and luxurious hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Situated in a beautiful plaza in the heart of the historic center, the hotel is surrounded by outstanding restaurants, cafés, and some of Almería’s most important landmarks. The Alcazaba, Cathedral, San Cristóbal Hill, and numerous historic and religious sites are all just a short walk away. Some of my favorite dining experiences in Almería—Casa Puga, Jovellanos, Cuatro Hojas, La Chumbera, and La Innata—were all less than two minutes from the hotel. The rooftop terrace and pool offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Alcazaba, San Cristóbal, and the Cathedral. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset, the views alone make this hotel special. What truly sets Aire apart, however, is the Ancient Baths Spa. The spa is not simply an amenity—it is the heart of the entire experience. The circuit includes multiple baths of varying temperatures, including hot, warm, cold, saltwater, and jacuzzi-style pools, allowing you to completely disconnect and unwind. The eucalyptus steam room with its built-in ice bath creates an incredible contrast that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. "These are my opinions only - The hotel states it is pet friendly. However you have to leave your pet in the bedroom if you wish to eat, even on the outdoor terraces. An absurd rule ! Be careful about parking, we were not able to book the secure car park due to a convention and the surrounding area is not the best for leaving your car, it potentially is also a good walk back to the hotel. The evening we stayed you could not get food inside the hotel due to the convention. Staff were very good. Hotel is dated and tired but it is very clean. I would not recommend for pet owners"

"This hotel is the perfect one to relax and just enjoy your time there. Pure bliss, chill and relaxation. Exactly what me and my wife wanted for her bday escapade. The staff is very friendly, they even gifted her a bottle of cava delivered to our room for her bday. Location by the beach and just 20 minutes drive to the Cabo de Gata national park with pristine beaches, hiking trails, amazing nature, lovely small beach towns and good food. The only thing needed is an update to the gym and a few more amenities like a pool table, ping pong table or board games and its set! I would 100% recommend the hotel and will come back many times for sure."

"The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria."

"A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, a secure car park was a massive bonus (you drive your car into a lift which takes you to the underground car park). Everywhere is immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are literally dozens and dozens of lovely bars and restaurants on your doorstep and all the must-see sites are all within walking distance."
