"Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge, good electrical sockets with USB and USBC with adapters present beside both beds. Exceptional cleanliness - interior team are doing such a great job. Pyjamas provided for the stay. We used the laundry facilities once and that was self explanatory and easy to use. There were ample amenities to choose from. Public bath was a great addition to our stay. We used it every day. The TV had a live notice of how busy the public baths can be. Breakfast was fantastic which I always looked forward to each day. The front desk was also very helpful with a package I was expecting as well as Takkyubin. We will definitely visit again when the opportunity arises."

"Great location by the Sakuragicho Train Station and Yokohama Bay. Lots of eatery options. Check-in time lobby was crowded but check in went fast. Wish the hotel offered an iron for guest use. Overall Excellent Hotel and Hotel Staff."

"Easy to find location and a 5 minute walk from Motomatchi Station! Also only 8 minutes walk to Chinatown. Our room had a great view of the harbor. Everything in the room was clean and in good shape. We did not eat at the hotel since we just stayed at the same hotel with the same menu for five nights in Sapporo. The entire staff was very helpful & friendly!"

"The staff were the most unhelpful life seen in my almost 40 years of travel Whenever there was an issue, they would smile sweetly, and basically tell you to go blank yourself, but in a very polite manner There were many issues and each time I was basically told we don’t care If I could give this a less than zero rating, I would This by far has been the worst hotel experience of my adult life As an example, they post that they have a gym. Nobody tells you that if you don’t have a Japanese SIM card you can’t access their Jim when I brought this to the attention of the staff. They offered two solutions one go buy a Chinese SIM card to find another gym both equally unhelpful and showed a complete lack of empathy or interest The whole state was like this From check-in to check out. For check-in, they would allow you to check in early for a fee, even though they stated the room is ready Then once you agreed to the fee, they said oh at this time we have to have that by another $20-$80 Australian I caution travellers to never use this hotel"

"Very clean room and clean hotel all together. Very peaceful. Staff was great and they even gave skin care routines when we arrived. Honestly, this hotel would be perfect if they would just add more clothes washing machines. they only had 2 for the whole hotel, so sometimes you couldn’t get a wash in when it was convenient for you.
