Second stay at this hotel, brought my elderly mum. Absolutely loved it, room was spacious with a gorgeous view (room.155) evening meal was delicious with beautiful views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable rooms in a peaceful lake location. Grounds are immaculate as are rooms. Good restaurants with some lake views and food is quite good although service can be a bit slow and spotty. Entertainment on Friday at the restaurant was a tad loud and annoying similar to kareoke with someone playing songs and substituting their voice.Previous night was nice piano playerwhich was more appropriate.

Easy parking, quick, friendly reception and an excellent bedroom. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout and the grounds and area sure are well kept and attractive. Staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Views over the River Erne are an added bonus. Recommended highly.

The location is stunning as it overlooks a lake. But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. Catering structure needs a review as there can be long delays being served especially for breakfast in the morning. It might help to have a manager who is overseeing the service and can review and makes changes that might be needed. The impression was there isn't such a person who is observing their work flow and customer service.

Fantastic hotel, pool amenities excellent, reception lady could have been a little more enthusiastic about her work when we were checking in, but maybe had a long day! We all have them. Overall a fantastic night and would definitely be back. Highly recommend

Safe parking at hotel. Check was fine but our first room had a very 'chemical' smell so we paid an extra £25 for lake view room. Breakfast was nice but bacon & eggs had been sitting a while ... Spa area nice except no where inside to sit at pool & difficult to swim due to lanes closed for classes most of the afternoon. We had a nice stay overall but not sure if we'll return .
