"This is the first time we have a bad experience, we had stayed there many times but this time was different. We got there, went out to eat and when we returned I used the bathroom and found out that it was clogged, I called reception and they sent someone to fix it but he left a mess on the floor, it was dirty water that came out from the toilet and did not clean it. We also got a room closed to the parking and it was very noisy, didn’t have a good experience this time. "

"The front desk guy responded to me in English whenever I would speak to him in Spanish. Mind you, I have a degree in Spanish. I thought that was rude. The bed had a stain on it that was still wet when we checked in. Which ended up not being a big deal, but it was gross to look at. The pool is REALLY loud. If you don’t have a time where you cut off people playing music, you need to implement one. 9pm is too late for mariachi music at full blast. We had just driven 6.5 hrs to get there and just wanted to sleep. Overall, good hotel. I’d probably stay there again but the staff could be a little nicer. That said, the housekeepers were all very nice. The front desk and restaurant staff were just weird and gave weird vibes. For example, the restaurant girls would stare at us the whole time we were eating. The location was pretty perfect. Just over half a mile to the spot where all the restaurants and tourist stuff was. And only 30-35 min from VDG, which was a beautiful drive."

"From the minute we walked in we were impressed. The hotel is beautiful and definitely has that wow factor. The service was impeccable and everyone of the staff made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast buffet was INSANE. It had everything you would ever want. The pool was great, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfy. I am definitely coming back soon. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The only complaint would be that our sliding patio door would not lock."

"Staff was amazing, service was great, the restaurant also had delicious food highly recommend stopping by! My only complain is that the shower/sink water had a strange taste and the lack of outlets in the room as well as lighting. Some more outlets especially by the beds and brighter lights in the room would highly improve the experience. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and stay!! "
