"Room was very clean. Towels were white not dingy. Breakfast was a nice array of food. Parking was good, was able to park right in front of door. Bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. They need new ones. Carpet was clean but in need of upgrade as it was beginning to buckle. Staff person at desk was helpful on arrive. Another staff person however did not bring us some washcloths when we asked. Still would stay here again."

"I stay every year at this hotel. It's a nice walk and convenient to the main shopping area. The only issue i had was this year in check-in. The front desk handed me a sheet of paper with all normal information about the hotel, wx: wi-fi, amenities, etc. Honestly I didn't read the sheet of paper. On my out for the day(2nd full day) I stopped by the front desk and asked for room cleaning. The employee behind the desk told me "We don't daily cleaning. Did not read the sheet of paper we handed you?" I responded "No". She stated "we can get you items you might need." I proceeded to tell her and went out."

"The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched, tripping hazard in numerous places. Gym equipment needs attention. Need to update their website and QR code for property. Buffet breakfast times were different than listed. No lounge or cafe onsite. Place is just ok."

"Great hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were firm and supportive (something that is rare in hotels these days). Complimentary breakfast buffet was fine and tasty. Only small issue was that the (loud!) construction workers across the street started work at 7:00 am, but this was not something in the hotel's control."
