"I booked this room for my client. He said he really enjoyed his stay at Bon Hotel Platinum. The staff was welcoming and the food was delicious. He like that the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in nice condition. He loved the bathroom with a stand in glass enclosed shower with hot water. He said he had no issues with electricity with 24/7 power. Highly recommended especially for anyone coming from abroad that needs a comfortable stay"

"The hotel had roaches in the hallway and in our room. After my husband complained they sent out a letter saying that they are going to fumigate 9pm til 4 am. After the fumigation a roach was on our bed crawling. BEWARE!!! Everyday at the breakfast buffet they tried to charge us for one of the meals. They said only one buffet was free. Really and I registered the room with 2 adults. They need a mosquito net in the bathroom because a lot of insects were getting in. We kept the bathroom door closed and light on. The Wi-Fi the password is only good for 24 hours. The Wi-Fi doesn't reconnect when you come back into the hotel. The elevator is very small and the second one was not in service."

"The hotel was full and we were transferred to Mclorret Hotel about half a mile away we ended up paying for the rooms in the new hotel Mclorret Hotel, in addition to the money we paid through Expedia for Good Values Hotel. We hope Expedia will refund our original payment for Good Values Hotel"
