"Generally speaking, the property was clean well run, and the breakfast was decent. However, in my room were the problems there’s barely any water pressure in the sink and the tub which was recently renovated or replaced was very slick. I fell getting out of the tub and hit my back on the tub lip. Thankfully, I was not seriously injured. I reported this to the front desk and they made an incident report, but never gave me a copy of it. They then offered me a plastic mat to stand on in the tub, which adhere to the surface. Why was this not offered to me when I checked in and why was I not advised a due to the reason, renovations tub may be slick several other people at breakfast told me they had also almost fallen in the tub maybe rethink or redo the tub so they’re not a danger. I’m not a lawsuit. Happy person, but had I’ve been seriously injured. I probably would’ve sued you. I wasn’t offered anything really other than an apology. I could’ve been really badly hurt. Seems many of these hotel chains are owned by certain groups who don’t want to spend any money and Their customers get to suffer as a result. This hotel is OK, but I certainly would not go running back to it."
