Heating doesn’t work

Stayed for 4 nights and heating stopped working the second night complained about it and they came to check again in night time it stopped working with temperature in minus I had to sleep 3 days without heating.

Un peu chaud et impossible à régler le chauffage, peu de restauration autour si nous ne voulons pas reprendre la voiture. Heureusement possibilité de se faire livrer, nous avons trouver un petit resto thaï qui nous a livrer à l’hôtel et le top. Pour une nuit c’est ok

J'ai réservé du 17 avril au 18 ma carte bleue à été débité et une fois sur place ils n'avait pas de réservation, j'ai montré la confirmation avec le mail et le numéro de réservation Même avec ça je n'ai pas pu dormir a l'hôtel et non plu être remboursé pour le moment Faites attention

Le strict minimum dans cet hôtel

Le Parking le soir est blindé, la réservation du petit déjeuner non renseigné, le distributeur automatique non disponibles après 22h déçue, l'empreintes bancaire non renseigné avant la réservation, le lit à étage pas pratique DU TOUT, le personnel n'est pas aimable et les murs sont très fin on entend tout l'hôtel brailler ! La lingère nous réveille pour des serviettes. Pour oas chère certes ont s'attendait au minimum !

Satisfait globalement, à part l'exiguïté de la douche. Pas de problème de propreté, et un change tous les jours des serviettes de bain et du tapis que nous n'avions pas réclamé. Juste un petit mot sur la robinetterie qui mériterait un détartrage au vinaigre blanc.
