"After a long day with car trouble, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel because we couldn't drive any further. We were welcomed by Andreas and a colleague, and we couldn't have asked for a better welcome after our terrible day! Andreas arranged everything we wanted, and we were still able to get something to eat even though the kitchen was almost closing. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website.
