The location was good. It was 10min walk from the station but very quiet. Close to restaurants and city centre, Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if I come to Erfurt again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Coffee, tea and water offered all day free for guests in the lobby. Hotel is very close to the city center and the main train station. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

Charged 5 euros to go into a basic 2 machine gym. No fridge in the room. I paid for a business room. It’s not what I expected of a radisson hotel based on the brand. The service was nice but I would not go back to this hotel.

Schönes Hotel, super Frühstück und tolle Servicekräfte im Restaurant! Die Zimmer sind recht klein und es gibt keinen Schrank für die Kleidung. Insbesondere bei längeren Aufenthalten ist dies ungünstig. Was sehr komisch war, dass es im Doppelzimmer nur einen Nachtschrank gibt und auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies bei Standardzimmern so und nur bei Suiten anders ist. Merkwürdige Aussagen! Ein Nachrüsten trotz Rollen unter den Schränken (also so eine Art Metallwagen als Nachttisch) war nicht möglich, da sie diese nicht mehr hätten… naja.. Insgesamt aber ein super zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
