"Camels, and 4X4’s, luxury and serenity. The camp had it all. It was the perfect experience and one I truly hope to experience again. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff. "Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in Auberge Les Roches. We arrived by rental car around sunset and were pleased to have a complimentary tajin dinner that night. The breakfast was good, and we made tons of use of the pool, which was a hit with our kids. Amazing dunes are just a short walk away. We were in the area for fossil hunting. "We spent a night in the desert with the luxurious Sanya Camp. We had a wonderful time. Yusuf, the camp owner, showed us how comfortable it was to stay in the tents. They were very clean and had hot water. I highly recommend this camp if you plan to visit the Merzouga desert."

"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner.
