"A/c doesn't work, in the rooms, in the lobby, in the halls. Key cards stopped working numberous times. Pillows were flat and only 1 per person. Towel is barely bigger then what you wash dishes with. Holes in the shower wall with nuts on them for some reason, no plugs in bathroom, no hair dryer unless ..."
