"It is wizard room. Poor bathroom, towels too small. Reception is ok. The only thing good was de ticket for transportation. And check out was at 11 am, but housekeeping knock the door before 9."

"The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. "Great place to stay in Lucerne! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean! Close to the train station and conveniently located to many popular sights. Good restaurant connected to the hotel that we went to for breakfast each day. We had the Park Triple and it was a fantastic size for 3-4 people"
