"hotel is new , but The room doors are very thin; not only can I hear the sound from outside, but I can even hear the sound from the other room, the one across the hall."

"The room was nice but the heat was turned up to 25 degrees. I tried to lower it but it wouldn’t work. They sent a tech who pressed a few buttons and said to wait but that also didn’t work. So slept with the window open. We ate at the buffet which was overpriced but we had a long day of travel with no food. My wife instantly got food poisoning so we walked to the hospital across the street which was by far the most unpleasant experience of my life! "
