"D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! We zijn er nu 2x geweest en beide keren heel goed 1 x orginele traditionele recepten van gebied Rioja geprobeerd heerlijk. 2e keer normaal steak friet salade. "Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV."
