The hotel is vintage not only in the name but is located in a garden of old pines facing the dunes and the river behind, very nice location. Definitely a place for a quite rest and for enjoing sea and walks

This is a great place on the beach dunes and with pool. Granted it is retro in many areas. Seems to features many original 70s features but still an awesome pool and amazing setting. They could spend money upgrading but it’s still clean with big rooms and balconies. We did not stay for dinner but breakfast was great . Would stay again.

Good quiet location, close to the sea but no sea view. Very good staff. I stayed here as part of my Camino although it is about 20-25 minutes walk to the official route. The hotel is clean but it feels like stepping back in time a few decades ago.

We staid one night while hiking the caminho portuguese. The hotel is located in a very nice area, but outside the town. It looks like everything is still as it was in the 70ties, but it had an amazing charme. Breakfast was good and we even booked dinner, as we were reading external restaurants are a longer hike away. Dinner was ok. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. I plan to come again, due to the charme of teh hotel and the area.

This is a really fun place to stay. We stayed there as we were walking on the Camino Way and it was in a perfect location. The staff was great. They did not have an open restaurant, although they had a small dining area with a limited menu and were very kind to make us salads and quiches. If our feet hadn’t hurt so bad, we could have walked to several restaurants in the area.

The facility is quite dated, needs a thorough cleaning and electrical upgrade. The pool was great and the service was good as well.

Wifi will not work at all in some rooms. Wifi does not work very well when it does work. There is an actual key for the door. There is no room safe. You will need to unplug one of the two lamps in the room to charge your phone. The lighting in the rooms are dim with limited lamps.

Es ist ein ungewöhnlicher Ort, der einen in die Zeit der 70er zurückreisen lässt. Der Pool ist ein Traum und das Hotel sehr atmosphärisch. Sicher müsste man einiges instandsetzen, was ich auch empfehle, aber trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück allerdings war etwas traurig. Aufgeschnittenes Obst und Pancakes nur am Wochenende (warum?). Pancakes, aber ohne Puderzucker oder Ahornsirup? Müsli, aber nur Cornflakes und Crunchy Zeug, wo sind die Haferflocken? es muss kein überbordendes Frühstück sein, aber ein wenig mehr Liebe...

El hotel, vintage, es precioso, igual que el entorno. Es la 2ª vez que nos alojábamos en él y esta vez sí que detectamos olor a humedad. Hubo un problema con el check-in, porque se les traspapeló nuestra reserva en el mail, pero finalmente tenían alguna habitación preparada para imprevistos.

O hotel fica dentro de uma propriedade incrível repleta de árvores e uma grande piscina, entre o mar e o rio. Local agradável e bem calmo. Mas o prédio precisa de uma atualização na decoração dos quartos, por exemplo, retirar os carpetes (carpete em local de praia não faz sentido e não é saudável), e renovar os banheiros que são bem antigos. Café da manhã bom.

Etablissement Vintage des années 70 propre nénmamoins amsi extrémement vieillsant d'un au autre temps. Cadre magnifique. Très belle piscine non chauffée. - Le Personnel au petit déjeuner nous a ignoré totalement sans nous servir pas de couvert, rien, pas de poliesse, pas de table dressé. On nous a adressé la parole pour savoir si on avaiot effectivement payé... - Etablissement sucôté qui n'est plus dt tout à aucun standard de base actuel.... - Ascenceur en panne
