"Awful hotel. Dirty rooms, poorly lit corridors which made us feel unsafe with young people drinking in lift areas, no air con, no kettle. Very scruffy hotel and around pool area SHOULD NOT BE 4 STAR HOTEL. VERY UNHELPFUL AND HOSTILE RECEPTIONISTS. Wouldn't move us to better rooms as apparently they were superior rooms. RECEPTIONIST would not allow us to speak with manager, so left it with Expedia to to help us, but no such luck. We had no choice but to leave. I come to the island 3 times...
