Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, ...
