"Staff were rude and charged me for 2 Breakfasts when it was stated they were free on the confirmation email.
The curtains do not close on the windows so it I permanently light in the room.
My Uncle tried to close the curtain in his room and it came off the rail.amd fell on to the floor.
Room was okay except for this bit the staff were rude."

"The staff at the Hostel couldn't have been any nicer. We had a misunderstanding with our payment but Lisa and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly to all of us. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are looking at visiting Dortmund for the football. Thank you again for giving us all such a good experience! "
