We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. "Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel but we did have a few issues while there. Our premium room was a decent size but there was no place to put our stuff. There was no closet, just a few hangers on a small 6” rod. There were no dressers or shelves so we couldn’t unpack anything. We are traveling for 5 weeks so we each have a full suitcase with us and no where to put them in our room. Also the air conditioner in our room was not working and being on the 4th floor under a slanted ceiling it...

"Brilliant location, less than five minutes from the train station and easy walk into the old town. Great storage for a small room. Would just suggest refillable amenities and more towel racks. Afternoon tea/coffee station a nice touch."

"No a/c! I booked based on advertised air conditioning; however, I arrived to discover it’s not available in April! Even though it’s close to 80F! I think guests should be able to have a/c when it’s hot. Quite frustrating."

"The location was unexpected as it felt like I was living in a fairy tale setting! The cobblestone streets, its proximity to the town square and having the museum/castle across was just superb!"
