"This hotel offers an unbeatable location right on the pier, with two on-site restaurants and plenty of great dining options just steps away. The rates were also among the best in the area, which made the stay an even better value. There were a couple of minor inconveniences—namely, the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t always consistent, so earlier showers worked best. The elevator was also out of service for a few days, but the staff was present and helpful throughout, assisting guests as needed. Overall, the positives far outweighed the drawbacks, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

"The hotel was nice enough. The restaurant was the star. The crabcake we got for dinner was the best crabcake we’ve ever had. During our three night stay, not once did they clean our room or make our beds or give us fresh towels without us having to go and ask. When we did ask, it took hours for them to finally get to us. It was within walking distance to the convention center, which was the reason why we booked it. Overall, it was fine. "

They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent room that made noise thru to about 2am"

"This hotel has a great restaurant so if you need a full meal up to 11pm at night, this is a great option. There’s lots of variety on the menu. No need to go anywhere off property. The breakfast looked really good, but we had a very early flight, so when you can’t partake of their free breakfast, they let you choose a drink & a snack from their little marketplace. The airport shuttle is FREE."

"I would like to make a suggestion that when you offer the breakfast buffet or off the menu there be a sign as you enter that makes it clear the cost and that is just for the buffet or the menu. There are many hotels that the buffet is included in the price of the hotel. Understandably there can be some confusion. Our breakfast off the menu was very good and LaTonya was very accommodating!"
