"Waited at check in for 5+ min while the man spoke on the phone; room was filthy (smell, bed unmade, sheets dirty, dirty towels laying out, trash) and the staff did not apologize for it, rather they blamed us for arriving early; we left and did not stay the night there"

"Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room. The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force....

"The facility is old and no amenities are available. The breakfast quality is very low - supplies are very limited. They don’t even make your bed even you ask for it. The location is good if you need to go to Coppermine Copperplex."

"This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent."

"We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one."
