"It was a last minute booking and we read the reviews and they weren’t great so our expectations weren’t very high however when we were checking in the receptionist was very helpful and clear and when we walked into the room it was very spacious and comfortable. Room 2 had a broken window and didn't have an air conditioner remote, we spoke to a lovely staff member who got the air conditioning remote but window still broken, so offered to change our room.
