"Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com."
