"O local onde fica o prédio é tranquilo e parece seguro. Fica afastado do centro da cidade, onde precisei me deslocar para reuniões. O anúncio dizia 40m2, mas quando cheguei me deparei com um quarto e banheiro, de 20m2. Isso me deixou decepcionado, pois não tinha pia para lavar a louça, tive que lavar na pia do banheiro.
Apesar disso, local limpo, água quente, cama confortável, uma bela vista quando se acorda é prédio com boa estrutura."
