"The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all. To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. "The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless.
