"Very clean resort with delicious food. Front desk was very rude upon checking in and out and the waiters at the pool area were beyond rude . The lady with short blonde hair ignored us on multiple occasions and the man with blonde hair kept talking about how horrible of a day it was . Their whole conversation was regarding how busy they were and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered at the bar and had to get menus from the bar yet gratuity is automatically added. "Wonderful stay. Clean room. Comfortable space. Ourside areas were great! Easy access to town (down steps). Chase and Lyndsey are awesome hosts!"

"The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. "

"Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. "

"For the price we paid i was not happy with the cleanliness. Dirty bedding. Our shower also didn’t drain so standing in the sandy water was nasty. Other than that, location was great. "

"The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. "I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. "
