"Had an excellent stay "

"Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price."

"Our room had roaches, and the golf carts wouldn’t come pick us up, we had to wait 45+ mins to be taken to our car (you can’t drive at the resort). We will not be staying here again"

My only room complaint was a more private toilet door and the facet’s stream was very unusual for a hotel sink. "Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. Staff was incredibly nice and it was nice they provide pool and beach towels. The included breakfast isn’t very substantial and the only microwave is in the common area. "Great pools with water features for kids. Nice beach but it is a decent trek to/from unless you shuttle it. Beautiful views, helpful staff. Resort fee fairly steep but with the amenities worth it."

"The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back."

"We had a party of five, Including two young teen children. We were Surprised to find that we were given a double room on the side of the hotel. (4 queen beds, total, with two separate full bathrooms. It also included a full kitchen, But with minimal supplies to use.) While we lost a good view from the front balcony, we gained a lot of good space, Especially needed since the island received record rain while we were there!!
