Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day ...

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was very nice but there is one thing they need to address. If one room sets their thermostat to dry heat it turns off the air conditioning to the entire floor. This happened twice not a huge problem but a little annoying other than that the hotel was very comfortable ...
