"Outside grounds of the hotel leave something to be desired but the rooms were ok. Housekeeping was spotty but the breakfast was good. Do your research though. Good price but farther up the mountain than you would think and the in house restaurant is overpriced. Bring plenty of cash because the “incuded” breakfast is not so all incusive. "

The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The power on the island went out almost every night which is terrible for someone who has to use a CPAP to sleep. It seemed as though all of the units around us had generators. If we had one it was never brought to our attention. We had no way to exit the compound because the gate would only open from the outside.
